PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION
We always send PP (Pre-Production) samples to clients before to start the bulk production. After approval of the PP sample, we start the bulk production. We send a production plan to clients of every style. TOP ONE textiles staffs closely monitor the factories every day to make sure that production is as per clients requirements. If there are any discrepancies, we inform clients with our solutions and remarks for smooth and on-time delivery. We update production status to our client’s on daily basis.
LABORATORY SERVICES
TOP ONE textiles also precede laboratory tests from authenticated laboratories as per client requirements. We perform testing in fabric and in garment stage. We carry out the following tests as per the client’s requirements

- Dimensional stability

- Fabric inspection during the processing
- Inline Garment inspection
- FINAL INSPECTION as per clients AQL level and quality standards.
LOGISTICS
TOP ONE Textiles also a follow-up to logistics, documents&shipment. We check supplier documents before submitting to the bank. We also advise container selection, vessel follow-up, like ETA, ETD etc. We ensure everything is right and avoid clients facing issues at the receipt of the cargo at their port.
